Be able to see progress of performance by specific subjects over time. e.g. if I see I am lacking Microbiology. Then review First Aid. It would be great to be able to see if my Microbiology performance improved over time.

Add the ability to sort by the "peer correct %" header when searching questions.  This would allow us to prioritize information that is heavily understood by the rest of our peers when filling in gaps during review.

Be able to filter out what exams/ questions you have reviewed or not reviewed.

Sometimes I'll take several exams in a row and not be able to remember if I reviewed the content or not without going through the questions first.

populate an ongoing list o fmost missed topics. Even better if it would readjust based on what you're missing more frequently

Be able when making a new exam to filter questions by "guessed" so you can go back and do them 

This would expedite the review process 

I'd like to be able to see what my predicted score/percentile would be for my new questions vs the second attempt at questions, so I can more accurately see where I stand. 

Similar to what UWorld does, makes tutor mode a lot more organized when you can highlight using different colors. (example...one color for vitals, one color for physical exam, etc...)
