Better ability to take notes
We should be able to copy and paste info directly from explanation section so that effective notes can be taken, or give us ability to make flashcards like UWORLD

Be able to filter questions by discipline (anatomy, pathology, physiology ect.) when creating a test.
Allow me to just make a test about cardio physiology

"Assign reason" option for missed/marked/guessed questions & stats to adapt studying
I am suggesting to add an option for exam review that would allow us to assign a reason for a missed/marked/guessed item. I think this (and the stats from this) would be very helpful to follow trends and identify gaps that need to be addressed further through study adaptations, as opposed to just basing it off of correct vs. incorrect. In general, the correct vs incorrect and stats about how we compare with peers are helpful and guide us, but this could be a valuable additional option to offer for those seeking to more critically evaluate and adapt. I have been doing this manually in an excel doc for a while now, and I know several of my peers are too. It would be cool, and save a lot of time, if it were inherent to this bank though.
For example, if a user is reviewing questions and opts to assign a reason to an item, a few options could pop up such as 1 - lack of knowledge, 2 - Familiar topic, but misunderstood, 3 - what I thought I knew was inaccurate, and 4 - misapplication (basic error). They can select one, and then trends can be analyzed later, perhaps on the dashboard or in a tab for extended/comprehensive review. Suggestions for study or changes to implement could even be offered by the system.
How I use this:
If I see a specialty theme amongst the "1 - Lack of knowledge" assigned items, then I know I should devote more time to those big gaps. This is typically already seen in stats on correct vs. incorrect, but assigning this reason even to a question you guessed on and got correct can contribute to identifying gaps.
If I find that I have a high number of, for example, Respiratory items with "2 - Familiar topic, but misunderstood" then I need to go back, slow down, and spend time engaging in the details of terms, qualifiers, and differentiations.
If I felt super confident about the answer I selected, and then I found out that I was so very wrong, then you bet I'm assigning that item a "3 - What I thought I knew was inaccurate" and I have to use the explanation to pinpoint the error, and I leave with it corrected so that I don't do that again on a similar item. Typically, these are quick corrections, but if this keeps happening in a specialty/task/subtopic, then perhaps I need to consider it a 1 or 2 instead.
If I have several "4 - misapplication (basic error)" assigned items because I hit A when I meant B or something weird happened and it shows that I selected 2 answers and counts me wrong for that question (yes this has happened to me once), then I don't really want it affecting my study plans because I knew the content. Also, if someone repeatedly assigns this reason, and it's their own fault, then they can know that they need to slow down to prevent unnecessarily missed questions.
Thanks for considering this idea!

be able to review subjects within a specific test
(e.g. review all the cardio questions from a specific test)

Create a practice test by searching for specific questions rather than only searching through questions that have been completed on a practice exam
On Truelearn, you can search through the questions to find ones with a matching Key Term. For instance, I can create a practice test that only contains questions related to Diabetes. Here, I can only create a test that pertains to all of Endocrinology. On UWorld, you can see the subsets of each subject. For instance, I can click "Microbiology" and then further specify the topic I am interested in "HIV".

Osteopathic Layout
I wish the "osteopathic" layout for preparing for COMLEX Level 2-CE would look like the actual layout of the exam (blue, navigation at the bottom). Right now, I am not able to practice the flow of the exam day because the controls and layout and panels look completely different, despite checking off "Osteopathic Layout"
