add diagrams and pictures to question answers to help visual learners
Especially for the OMM questions, adding diagrams and images to the answer portion will help with learning, particularly for visual learners.

When reviewing, test writers highlight key details in the vignette that made answer choice correct.
It would be nice to visually see pertinent information highlighted that should have directed our thought process towards a particular differential. I am aware there is a descriptive explanation under each answer choice, but would be nice facts highlighted in the vignette also.
Thank you

Make a way to search for specific topics and only do questions on that topic (Ex. Failure to thrive)
I am trying to study with COMQUEST both for my Year 2 second semester classes and for board prep. I need to be able to tailor my questions to what I am covering in class. Smaller topics such as "Teratogenic diseases" and "Failure to thrive" are what I'm covering in class and will be very highly testing on COMLEX Level 1 per the COMLEX Blueprint however I have no way to find these topics in particular in the Exam section on CONQUEST. The options are only very broad and I dont have time to search through every question just to find the few related to the topic I'm currently studying. This is very frustrating and forces me to use other banks such as Amboss and USMLE Rx even though they may not be geared directly to COMLEX, they have the specific questions that I need. For this reason I am less inclined to recommend COMQUEST to other students

night mode for dashboard
It would benefit my pineal gland if there was a dark mode for the dashboard as well.

Be able to filter questions by difficulty
When it comes to studying, sometimes in your sets there are some 'plug and chug' type questions that are considered 'easy' and have a high percentage of students getting them right. A basic appendicitis presentation, for example. I think a cool feature would be to be able to sort questions by difficulty (based on percentage who answer right). You can review your questions based on difficulty already (easy, medium, hard). Perhaps you want to knock out all the 'easy' ones first as a warm up. Or you only want to do 'hard' questions because you want to focus your studying on the perceived 'harder' topics/questions. I think this would make the product more valuable to those who want to really narrow down what they're studying.

Add pictures to explanations.
I wish there were more pictures in the explanations. For example, there are so many questions where the explanation will include a description of histology, but it would be really nice to just have that picture there as well.

text reminders of wrong topics daily
Each day send a short reminder of a wrong answer for repetitive learning

Be able to review all incorrect questions from various systems.
It would be nice if we could select all incorrect questions both by system and difficulty. That way we can see where there is a pattern of specific topics/concepts that we are weak in. It can be very frustrating when reviewing and you keep making new notes on a topic you already made notes on.
